SEND Learning Support Assistant – Specialist School
Wallington, South London
Pay: £92.59 – £130 per day (dependent on experience)
Full-Time | Term Time Only
We are currently recruiting SEND Learning Support Assistants to work within a specialist school in Wallington.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs within a nurturing and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students 1:1 and in small groups
- Assist with learning activities across the classroom
- Support communication, emotional regulation, and behaviour
- Encourage independence, engagement, and confidence
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers and wider school staff
