SEN Learning Support Assistant - Uxbridge

Location: Uxbridge Start Date: September 2026 Hours: 4–5 days per week (typically 9:00am–4:30pm, although hours may vary depending on the timetable) We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the SEN department at a college in Uxbridge from September. This rewarding role involves supporting learners with a range of additional needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). You will work closely with teaching staff to help students access learning, develop independence, and achieve their individual goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.
