Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Mainstream School – Newmarket – Start Date ASAP

Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Newmarket. This is a full‑time, Monday-Friday position supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs within a mainstream classroom environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner with strong SEN experience who is passionate about helping children access learning, build confidence, and make progress both academically and socially.

The school is looking for a patient, resilient and proactive LSA who can provide high‑quality support, adapt learning tasks, and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
