SEN Learning Support Assistant | 1:1 Impact, Full-Time

Randstad Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Rayleigh to provide essential 1:1 and small-group support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This full-time permanent role requires a passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning within a supportive educational family.

The ideal candidate will have SEN experience, a Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning and be proactive in managing classroom activities. You will work closely with a dedicated team in a highly inclusive environment.
