Semiconductor Process & Equipment Engineer – Yield & Optimization

WANCO MANPOWER PTE LTD is hiring Module Engineers to support semiconductor wafer fabrication in Singapore. The ideal candidate will focus on processes such as Diffusion and Ion Implantation while ensuring high yield and stable tool performance.

Responsibilities include driving yield improvement and compliance with safety standards. A degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required, alongside experience in the semiconductor industry.

This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to work in shift rotations if necessary.
