Security Systems Technician (Prince George)

About this role

We are recruiting for Security Systems Technicians to join our PrinceGeorge,BC, Service teams. This position requires a certified Electrician or Security System Technician.

Responsibilities

• Working on various job sites to install, configure and commission various electrical Security, Access Control and Healthcare systems, including CCTV camera, Video surveillance, Access Door Controls, Intrusion Detection, Nurse Call, RTLS, etc.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, circuit diagrams and other construction documents to ensure the correct installations in residential, commercial and healthcare buildings.
• Respond to customer service calls, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical system problems.
• Work closely with customers to provide ongoing service, repairs and programming of electrical systems. Maintain accurate records of installs and service calls.
