About the Role

Position Summary:

Supervises activity within an assigned area, ensuring all security officers adhere to established departmental policies. Manages and responds to all emergencies within the assigned location. Responsible for following departmental guidelines to safeguard people, property, and assets.


Supervisory responsibilities: Security Officers 


Reports to: Assistant Security Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Drives the implementation of the Security department’s strategic plan, including all resources, processes, systems, and functions to maintain and effectively safeguard the Museum, its employees, trustees, visitors, physical properties, and the art.

  • Supervises assigned staff on a daily basis, providing relevant training, feedback, guidance, professional development, etc.; ensures compliance with and comprehension of Museum policies ...
