About the Role

Ensures the temple ordinances are kept pure, recorded accurately and made available to worthy Church members by:


  • Providing an environment where patrons may have a positive and uplifting experience each time they come to the temple.

  • Maintaining and operating temples at standards established by the First Presidency.
  • Provides security coverage for the protection of temple property from fire, theft, vandalism, trespassing, and illegal entry; renders appropriate first aid response in medical situations occurring on church property; renders security-related assistance to employees, visitors, tourists; makes on-the-spot decisions for necessary response. This position acts as a lead worker, as needed.

  • Makes required number of reviews of buildings and grounds during assigned shift.
