Security Guard/ Bouncer

Responsibilities

• Checking identification to verify age and compliance with the establishment's rules
• Refusing entry to patrons who are intoxicated, aggressive, or non-compliant with the venue's policies
• Diffusing volatile situations in a calm and professional manner
• Conducting searches for contraband items such as weapons or drugs
• Communicating issues to the venue's management and acting as the first point of contact in emergency situations
• Managing crowds and ensuring that the maximum capacity of the venue is not exceeded
