About the role:


We are looking for a qualified CA(SA) or CIMA qualified professional to join our team as the Second in Charge, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role is ideal for someone with early-career operational or commercial experience, looking to bridge finance and operations responsibilities.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Act as the General Manager's second-in-command

  • Drive business performance through financial insight and operational support

  • Lead process improvement initiatives

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
