About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Understanding customer business needs, objectives and expectations; translating them into achievable Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and continuously suggesting optimisations to improve performance.
  2. Oversee and ensure successful completion of customer on-boarding.
  3. Develop and manage effective Total Search Marketing (SEO & PPC) strategies, tactics and mechanics.
  4. Ensure all projects are completed within scope and on-time as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  5. Develop and manage policies & procedures such as operational processes and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  6. Develop and manage reports such as Work-In-Progress (WIP) and project performances.
  7. Develop and manage Search Marketing (SEO & PPC) advertising budgets.
