SEA Transformation Senior Project Manager

Overview

This role is a pivotal transformation leader within the Publicis Re:Sources Southeast Asia Leadership team, partnering closely with Shared Services Center (SSC) management and key business stakeholders across Southeast Asia to shape strategic analysis, drive business transformation, and accelerate SSC impact.

You will be a trusted partner to the Publicis Re:Sources Southeast Asia Managing Director/CEO, leading high‑impact strategic initiatives across the region including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Together with the Southeast Asia Managing Director/CEO, you will set direction and drive change across core SSC operations, operating model evolution, and enabling systems improvements for the SEA region.
