Sea Freight Operation Assistant (UP TO $3800!)

Salary: $2,800 - $3,800/Month

Location: Eunos

Commitment: 3 - 6 Months

Immediate Start

Working Hours: Mon-Fri | 8:30AM - 5:30PM

• Handling daily sea freight import operations
• Following up with customers and overseas origins
• Applying for inward permits and preparing delivery orders and packing lists
• Preparing accurate billing and invoices for customers
• Ensuring accurate GST and customs declarations
• Ensuring all import processes comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sea freight import operations
• Familiar with shipping documentation and freight operations
