- Manage air and sea freight operations and handle customer service directly with clients and agents.
- Assist customer service and sales teams by sourcing costs from trucking, shipping, and airline providers.
- Prepare all required documents, including billing invoices.
- Oversee complete operations for air and ocean freight import and export.
- Enter shipment data and billing information into the operational system.
