Scrum product owner (Tijuana)

We're looking for a thoughtful and strategic Product Owner to champion the vision, strategy, and delivery of key product initiatives. Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through data and research. Lead sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions. Monitor product performance and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment
• Experience working with Dev Ops, product analytics and user feedback
• Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
• Experience in Dev Ops or technology-driven environments
• Knowledge of UX design principles and customer journey mapping
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification
