Insight Global’s client is looking for a Scrum Master to come support one of their digital product teams focused specially on Supply Chain. This is surrounding OMP supply chain and planning implementation in this company’s factories. The implementation is live and the current project focus is achieving ROI, addressing application slowness, enhancing features and managing a version upgrade moving to production this quarter. They are looking for a Senior Scrum Master who can take initiative and is comfortable talking to leadership. They need to be able to facilitate workshops, coach teams on Agile practices, and work directly with the business to solve problems. The Scrum Master should be able to enable cross-collaboration, provide transparency, focus on execution excellence, and address risks in delivery.
