WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in large-scale or multi-team agile environments .
Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum of Scrums ceremonies and cross-team coordination.
Solid understanding of scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or equivalent).
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, impediments, and delivery risks.
