Scrum Master

Our client, a well-known theme park & entertainment organization is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team in Orlando, Florida!

***This is a hybrid 12-month contract to hire position. Candidates are expected to work onsite 4 days/week in Orlando**

What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Partner with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to coordinate efforts across teams and support Program Increment (PI) objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to validate, prioritize, and communicate team objectives and backlog priorities.
• Guide, coach, and motivate Agile teams to improve productivity, delivery, and team effectiveness.
• Promote Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and values throughout the organization to maximize business value delivery.
