Lead a strategic B2C mobile application transformation project in Spain for an international IT company specializing in information systems for the rail and mobility industry.

Responsibilities

• Scrum Master:
  • Implement and ensure best practices of Agile / Scrum.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
  • Track Agile KPIs (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress).
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog.
  • Promote Agile culture and continuous improvement.
  • Configure and use Azure DevOps dashboards and boards.
• IT Project Manager:
  • Coordinate technical and business stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
