Scrum Master - Agile Project Management

Scrum Master(Agile Methodology, Client Handling, Reporting) • Primary skills:Process->Development Methodology->Infosys Global Agile methodology,Process->Development Methodology->Scrum Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS). Knowledge of project management tools and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel dashboards). Exposure to DevOps environments and CI/CD practices. Experience working with cross-functional global teams. Background in technical roles (developer/tester/BA) is a plus 5–9 years of overall IT experience with 2 years as a Scrum Master. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery. Proven experience in client/stakeholder management. Experience in reporting, metrics tracking, and dashboards. Familiarity with Agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally Strong understanding of SDLC and project management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
