Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and use computer
• Understand and follow job instructions
• Appropriately match colors
• Complete in-process inspection of screens before printing for defects
• Bake flats
• Screen flats
• Expose coated screens
• Apply back coat
• Coat screens each shift
• Stretch screens
• Touch up screens
• Mix colors
• Mix resist and back coat resist
• Mix emulsion (5-gallon bucket)
• Remove rags at the end of each shift
• Perform all other duties as assigned
