We're hiring: Senior R&D Scientist — Cosmetics & Personal Care At Aelius Parallel Holdings, we develop and manufacture consumer products built to last in the market — not just on the shelf. We're looking for a formulator who thinks like a scientist and dreams like an artist, ready to push past the standard playbook and bring genuinely new ideas to the bench. What you'll do: Lead formulation and development across our cosmetics and personal care portfolio Work hands-on with new-age and next-generation ingredients — actives, bio-based materials, novel delivery systems Take products from concept through stability, scale-up, and commercial launch Partner with our marketing, procurement, and production teams to turn briefs into finished products Stay ahead of where the industry is heading and bring that thinking into our pipeline What we're looking for: Minimum 5 years of hands-on R&D experience in cosmetics / personal care formulation Deep working knowledge of modern ingredients, actives, ...
