About the Role

            Job Responsibilities Develop and innovate critical flat optics modules. Drive multi-functional teams to optimize existing process flows and develop new innovative integration solutions to meet potential product requirements and manufacturability. 
Develop or redefine critical criteria/aspects for optimal design performances and process capability. Initiate DOE (Design of Experiments) evaluations to characterize process window for new design/product requirements. 
Pro-active in evaluating and implementing new integration schemes. Establish proof of concept for future tech roadmap. 
Take on an active attitude to summarize complex problems, explain actions taken to address them with clarity, and align with unit process, design and fabrication teams. 
Extract and analyse inline, GDS layout, parametric, reliability, and other critical metrics to construct predictive modelling on the photonics/flat optics device performance and specification.
