Randox Laboratories is looking for two Scientists to join our External Quality Assessment (EQA) team.

What does this team do?

Randox’s Quality Assessment Scheme (RIQAS) is a global external quality assessment (EQA) program designed to help clinical laboratories monitor and improve the accuracy and reliability of their diagnostic testing. RIQAS provides:

• External quality assessment programs across a wide range of clinical disciplines such as clinical chemistry, haematology, immunoassay, coagulation, blood gas, urinalysis, and therapeutic drug monitoring.
• Regular performance monitoring through bi‑weekly or monthly reports comparing a lab’s results to those of other labs using similar methods and instruments.
• High‑quality, ready‑to‑use liquid samples that mimic real human samples to ensure the assessments are relevant and reliable.
