Job Title: Scheduling Specialist Concierge

Employment Type: Full Time

Shift: 40hrs/wk, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm w/ option to flex schedule per community events/business need.

Location & Travel: Must be local and willing to commute within the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic region. Travel required between sites such as SMMC, NAC, community events, etc.

  • Serve as the primary voice of Trinity Health MidAtlantic (THMA) for concierge and access requests, ensuring positive patient interactions and managing high-priority referrals.
