As we continue to grow, we are now strengthening our Crew Management team with a Scheduling Coordinator in our Ipswich Head Office on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Working on a hybrid basis, you will be responsible for the recruitment, placement, and management of shipboard personnel and their movements. This role ensures that all vessels are staffed with qualified and competent crew members, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
