What you’ll be doing:
- Accurately schedule and roster employees, ensuring full coverage across sites at all times
- Respond quickly to absences, changes, and last-minute requests, keeping operations running smoothly
- Act as a first point of contact for workforce queries, providing support to employees and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records within the WFM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and reliable
- Support the management of on-call and escalation processes to resolve scheduling issues
- Help ensure all personnel are correctly trained and compliant with licensing requirements
- Monitor and improve rostering accuracy, helping reduce payroll queries and errors
