Role Overview

Wood is recruiting for an experienced Site Subcontracts Administrator – Piping/Mechanical with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry to join the EPCM team in Abu Dhabi. The position will be based full time at an Abu Dhabi site.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site-Based Subcontract Administrator to support the effective administration of subcontract agreements at the project site. This role focuses on managing ancillary subcontract packages, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and supporting the successful execution of site‑based activities in alignment with project goals.

The candidate should have strong background in subcontract administration, site operations, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with ADNOC procedures, FIDIC contracts, and site-based procurement and logistics is essential.
