JOB CONTENT To oversee the total operations of the store ranging from merchandising, sales, customer service, staff development to other day-to-day administrative functions, in order to ensure the effective functioning of the store, achievement of business goals and enhancement of the company’s image in the market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. Review previous days’ sales figures and take proactive initiatives to ensure stores targets are met. Monitor sales KPI’s to ensure budgets are achieved. Monitor staff performance with respect to customer service ensuring that all customers are greeted and met courteously, as well as attended to their needs for information/ repairs/ alterations etc. Guide, coach and train sales people on customer service disciplines.
