SAP Upgrade Project Manager (LATAM)

We are seekinganexperiencedProject Managerto lead SAP upgradeinitiatives (e.g., ECC or S/4HANA versionupgrades, SPS/FPS, enhancement packs) forexisting SAP landscapes. This role focusesontechnical and functionalupgrades, not new SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manageend-to-end SAP upgradeprojects, includingpreparation, execution, testing, and cutover

  • Coordinatecross-functionalteams (Basis, Functional, ABAP, Security, Testing) acrossonshore/offshoremodels

  • Manageupgrade timelines, risks, dependencies, and changefreezes

  • Drive stakeholdercommunication, statusreporting, and executive-levelupdates

  • Ensureadherenceto SAP bestpractices, releasemanagement, and validationrequirements
