SAP Transition Lead Natobotics – London, UK.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transition Lead to handover a multi‑module SAP landscape into Business‑as‑Usual (BAU). The focus will be on ensuring a controlled transition from project/delivery mode to stable, scalable operational support for SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Ariba, and SAP Cloud ALM. 
Key Responsibilities Define and implement the BAU operating model for SF, S/4HANA Finance, Ariba, and SAP Cloud ALM, aligned to enterprise ITSM and business needs. 
Create and maintain a detailed transition plan and timeline covering cutover, hyper‑care, and knowledge‑transfer milestones.
