Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certified Consultant in Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Development
  • Strong functional knowledge of the system, specifically Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Development
  • Good Experience in SuccessFactors platform functionalities, such as story reports, Role based permissions etc..
  • Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
  • Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
  • Experience in E2E Testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT)
  • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
