Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across global clients.
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and design global HR processes.
• Configure Employee Central objects, workflows, business rules, and event derivations.
• Manage integrations with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
• Ensure compliance with global HR regulations, data privacy, and localization requirements.
• Oversee data migration, validation, and cutover planning.
• Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation.
