About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) & Reporting Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors ECP, payroll operations, reporting, and AMS/support engagements. The consultant will play a key role in managing and supporting a recently implemented SAP SuccessFactors ECP solution and ensuring smooth payroll operations for the business.

The candidate should have hands‑on experience in delivering at least 2 end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementations and should possess strong post‑go‑live support and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onsite SAP SuccessFactors ECP support operations for a recently go‑live environment.
