What You'll Do On a Typical Day

We are seeking an experienced In‑House SuccessFactors Consultant to support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the SuccessFactors platform. The role will act as the primary point of contact for system support, data management, reporting, user access administration, and stakeholder engagement across the organization.

• Help data owners manage data, including importing and exporting.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges and issues autonomously.
• Generate custom reports and analyze data for decision-making; create KPIs and dashboards to support global stakeholders and assist users in rectifying issues for better data quality.
