Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Lead post-merger integration of SAP processes, ensuring compliance with Italian accounting and tax laws, and aligning with group standards.
• Analyse, map, and optimize existing business processes across finance, controlling, production, logistics, and quality, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
