- Expert-level SAP EWM functional configuration and process knowledge, including warehouse processes, inbound/outbound, and cross-docking.
- Experience with SAP module configuration (EWM/WM/MM/SD/PP/LE) and updating/maintaining SAP functional documentation.
- Ability to lead and mentor functional teams and coordinate internal/external teams to carry out implementation tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse and resolve SAP module issues and perform root-cause investigations.
- Proven ability to scope and analyse end user authorisation roles and support security testing (unit, integration, system integration).
