SAP Data Migration Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end SAP Data Migration strategy for S/4HANA implementation/rollout programs.
• Lead data migration lifecycle including extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
• Establish and govern data migration approach, processes, templates, and standards.
• Manage data cleansing, profiling, harmonization, and enrichment activities with business teams.
• Drive mapping rules, transformation logic, and data conversion design.
• Oversee mock cycles, trial loads, cutover execution, and Go Live readiness.
• Ensure data validation pre/post load and business sign-off for migration objects.
• Manage defects/issues during migration cycles and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate across functional, technical, and business stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Own planning, tracking, reporting, and governance of migration activities.
