About the Role

The Sanitation Team Member is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards. This role plays a key part in preventing contamination and ensuring all equipment, surfaces, and work areas meet cleanliness and hygiene requirements. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and facility areas in accordance with established schedules and procedures. Disassemble and reassemble machinery for thorough cleaning following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Handle and properly use cleaning chemicals and sanitation solutions safely and effectively. Inspect equipment and work areas to verify cleanliness before production restarts. Maintain accurate sanitation logs, checklists, and other required documentation.
