About the Role
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily sample requests and production orders
- Receive and process requests for fragrance samples, oils, and raw materials
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Customer Service, Sales, and Fragrance Development teams to ensure timely fulfilment of requests
- Create and manage production orders in SAP and related systems
- Support compounding, sampling, packing, and preparation of fragrance samples
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in SAP
- Manage expired stocks and coordinate movement of samples and inventory
- Ensure smooth daily laboratory and production operations through proper planning and coordination
- Prepare inventory and operational reports as required
