Salon Manager

Drives revenue, oversees daily operations, and leads staff.

• Workflow Coordination: Oversee the opening and closing of the salon, daily appointment scheduling, and walk-in traffic.
• Hygiene Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations mandated by the Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) and the National Environment Agency (NEA) .
• Facility Management: Ensure equipment is properly sterilized and maintained, and the salon environment remains clean and inviting.

• Manpower Planning: Develop staff rosters, manage shift allocations, and ensure adequate manpower coverage during peak hours and weekends.
