About the Role
Sales Representative — Full-Time Contract (Remote) Social Refresh | 12-Month Contract | $1,000–$4,000/month (base + commission)
Social Refresh is a digital marketing agency serving growth-focused businesses. We're hiring a full-time Sales Representative to own our inbound lead pipeline from first contact through closed deal.
What you'll do
Respond to, qualify, and convert inbound leads via phone, text, and email
Present our services, handle objections, and close sales
Send invoices and collect deposits to secure new client engagements
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and follow up consistently on open opportunities
Hit monthly sales targets tied to commission
What we're looking for
3+ years of sales experience (phone/inside sales or agency sales preferred)
Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time
Strong written and spoken English communication
Comfortable with CRM software, invoicing tools, and payment collection workflows
