Salesman / Sales Associate – Jabal‑Ali, UAE

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and promote company products to local community customers.
• Engage with customers both in-store and over the phone to help them select the most appropriate items or solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with all available products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Confidence to handle difficult conversations professionally while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy and understanding of trade and retail industry trends.
• Prior sales or customer‑service experience is desirable but not essential.
