Job Description

  • Support Salesforce SPIFF operations, including quarterly close activities and true-up processing aligned to business goals.
  • Validate incentive calculations, reconcile performance data, and resolve payout discrepancies.
  • Perform post-quarter adjustments based on finalized traffic, opportunities, and late-arriving data.
  • Collaborate with business and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely execution of SPIFF processes.
  • Drive process consistency and support continuous improvement of SPIFF operations and reporting accuracy.
