Salesforce Project Manager #IJF

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules for Salesforce initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to define scope, priorities, and success criteria. Lead Agile delivery ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives where applicable. Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements, and drive timely resolution or escalation. Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, administrators, and external partners to support successful delivery. Monitor project progress, budget, and quality metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Support user acceptance testing, deployment planning, and post-go-live stabilisation activities.
