Salesforce Engineering Lead for CPSF (Hybrid, Finland)

WithSecure in Helsinki is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to manage a team of Software & QA Engineers for a Salesforce-native cybersecurity SaaS product. In this role, you'll own both the people and the product, leading a high-performing team while ensuring quality and timely delivery on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of software engineering experience, at least 5 years in a leadership role, and a strong understanding of Salesforce applications. You will also promote the use of AI tools to enhance team efficiency.
