About the Role
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration • Salesforce certifications such as: o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer o Salesforce Administrator • Strong hands-on experience in: o Apex o SOQL/SOSL o Lightning Web Components (LWC) o Salesforce Flows and automation tools • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly: o Service Cloud o Experience Cloud • Experience working with: o REST/SOAP APIs o Salesforce integration patterns o External system integrations • Good understanding of: o Salesforce data modelling o Security model (roles, profiles, permission sets, public group...) o Validation rules and automation capabilities
