Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end functional design for CPQ and Order Management processes within Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Order Management.
• Translate high-level solution designs and business requirements into detailed functional specifications and architecture blueprints.
• Define scalable product catalog structures, pricing models, discounting frameworks, and quoting processes.
• Design order lifecycle flows including order capture, validation, fulfillment orchestration, amendments, and cancellations.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, scalability, and performance.

Data & Integration Oversight

• Define and govern data flows across CPQ, Order Management, Billing, and downstream fulfillment systems.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, contract integrity, and order data consistency.
