About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team in Iberia. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will drive business development activities at both national and international level, manage key client accounts, and contribute to shaping the company's strategic positioning. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, building long-term relationships, and supporting the full commercial and bidding lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate business development activities and promotional actions
  • Analyse client needs and operational environments, developing tailored and value-driven solutions
  • Act as a main interface with clients, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels
  • Develop and execute key account plans, including strategy, budgets, and objectives
  • Contribute to bidding activities, including defining winning strategies and supporting negotiations
