About the Role
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the preparation of proposals based on customers' incoming requests for quotes. This person must have the ability to interpret customers' technical and commercial documents to ensure quotations meet both company and customer requirements.
Develop the capability to quote all assigned products for the market Business Line served globally, in alignment with go-to-market strategy and service level requirements.
Respond to customer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Review incoming requests from the filtering team and/or directly from customers, including technical and commercial specifications and documentation.
